Every meeting or event at Waterville Valley is assigned an individual Sales Manager & Conference Coordinator. They will ensure your meeting runs smoothly from start to finish from coordinating rooming lists, to creating agendas, to satisfying unique AV requests. The in-house catering staff can provide breakfast, lunch and dinner menus, meeting breaks and create theme menus based on your group's individual tastes.
